The client's customers had a repeat question about using key tools on the phone. So, to help educate the customers and decrease demand on the support team, I created this help page.


  • Recognized customer need.
  • Outlined, drafted, and wrote customer education page.
  • Curated media for page and collaborated with graphic designer for branding.

Favorite Aspect of Project

After creating this help page, the client was able to link to it in email campaigns, customer communications, and other places on the site to alleviate confusion. I also enjoyed making this page direct, simple, and on-brand for the client.
